Crispy, golden French fries meet rich, savory mushroom sauce in this delicious dish that's perfect for any fries lover. The earthy flavors of the mushrooms perfectly complement the salty, fried potatoes, creating a comforting and satisfying meal that's sure to please.

Ingredients per two fries lover:
• Potatoes 3 medium
• Onions 1 big
• Mushrooms 5 medium
• Flour 2 tbsp.
• Butter 100gr./ 3.5 oz.
• Cream 2 tbsp.
• Milk 1 full glass
• Oil as needed
• Chopped parsley 2-3 tbsp.
• Salt
• Pepper
• Thyme

Cut potatoes into fries shape and boil. Strain them and put on an oiled baking sheet and fry in oven for 20-30 minutes in 170-200°C.

For the sauce:
Fry the mushrooms and put aside, then fry the onions till golden, add butter and flour and mix well while cooking on low heat.
After a while, add cream, salt, pepper and thyme and mix well. As the last step pour in milk and stir till the sauce hardens.

In the end put the fries in a dish and add sauce and parsley on top.
