Mini Campsite Breakfast Sandwiches | Blackstone Griddles

In today’s episode of Camp Griddlemore, Jeremy Puglisi made delicious Baby Breakfast Sandwiches on the Blackstone griddle. He whipped up two kinds: a Sausage, Egg, and Cheddar Sandwich and a Turkey Sausage, Egg, Feta, and Spinach Sandwich. With a drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey, these sandwiches are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients
Sausage, Egg, and Cheddar Sandwich:
Sausage patties
King’s Hawaiian Rolls
Eggs
Shredded cheddar
Sliced sharp cheddar
Mike’s Hot Honey
Milk
Blackstone S.P.G. Seasoning

Turkey Sausage, Egg, Feta, and Spinach Sandwich:
Turkey sausage patties
King’s Hawaiian Rolls
Feta cheese
Spinach
Sliced tomato
Milk
Blackstone S.P.G. Seasoning
Sriracha

Directions
1. Slice the King’s Hawaiian Rolls in half, depending on how many sandwiches you’re making.

2. Create the egg mixture: for the sausage version, mix eggs with shredded cheddar, milk, and S.P.G. seasoning; for the turkey sausage version, mix eggs with feta, milk, and S.P.G. seasoning.

3. Toast the rolls on the griddle.

4. Place a Blackstone Square Omelet Ring on the griddle and pour the egg mixture into it. Once the bottom is cooked, flip the egg and add the appropriate cheese (shredded cheddar or feta).

5. Cook the sausage patties on the griddle.

6. Remove the toasted rolls from the griddle and add cheese to the bottom half (sharp cheddar for the sausage version).

7. Add the sausage patties to the rolls.

8. For the sausage version, drizzle with Mike’s Hot Honey. For the turkey sausage version, top with spinach, tomato slices, and a drizzle of Sriracha.

9. Slice the sandwiches in half and serve hot!
