Calming Chair Yoga - Fully Seated - 30 Minute Class

In Calming Chair Yoga we focus on moving with long, deep breaths throughout the practice. We remain seated throughout the entire class and focus on mindful movement to relax the body and calm the mind. We finish with a Guided Meditation.
