Headwaters for Heroes Outdoors Television Show Episode 5

A bit of a departure from our traditional show. This episode captures our 10th Annual Headwaters for Heroes, Purple Heart Veterans Fishing Tournament. We hosted 12 Purple Heart Vets, and their families, at the Thunderbird Lodge at Spider Mountain in Burnet, Texas, on Lake Buchanan.
Headwaters for Heroes is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization serving our Combat Wounded Veterans and Gold Star families through hunting and fishing events as a base for our outdoor Therapy programs. We focus on group events, as we have a firm belief that true healing will take place in a community of those that have expeienced the struggles and sacrifices of war.
