Does Tim Walz understand the 1st Amendment, history, and Supreme Court rulings? Obviously not.

During the vice presidential debate on CBS, while discussing the First Amendment, and how it outlaws censorship, Tim Walz says "You can't yell fire in a crowded theater."
That was a line from a Supreme Court case that justified putting anti-war activists in prison and was actually overturned over 50 years ago.
Using an outdated and overturned justification to defend censorship is beyond foolish.
