Journalistic Malfeasance

This was journalistic malfeasance because CBS promised that the moderators were not going to fact check, yet they went ahead and did it anyway to JD Vance. When JD pushed back and fact checked their fact check that was false, they cut his mic. Not a good look for the CBS network.
