"Tried to return to Nepal, but after signing the contract, it's impossible. I was with many Indians, and we were treated like animals."

Ghimire Krishna Bahadur, born on August 10, 1977, a mercenary of Putin's army from Nepal, was captured in the Bakhmut area, a place he had never even heard of before. He worked as a security guard in Dubai for two years, then decided to sign a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense to pay off his debts.

He says that after arriving on the frontline, he realized how dangerous it is here. But there’s no way back: those who come here with weapons in their hands can only return from Ukraine either as a "cargo 200" (if they're lucky enough for their body to be evacuated), or as a severely wounded "cargo 300," which is also unlikely. He mentions meeting many Indians in the same situation. None of them managed to escape.
