UFOs over Wichita Falls in Texas! They are communicating via lights!

A friend captured a video near Wichita Falls in Holliday, Texas, spotting unexplained lights for three consecutive nights, notably bright last night. I'm familiar with the area from my time flying T-38s at Sheppard AFB. There are windmills around, potentially inspected by drones, but not typically at night, and none were near his filming location. These lights move faster than typical drones.
