Minion Character Buns Recipe

Today I made food that many people might say is difficult, but it turns out it's really difficult if you want it to be really neat Hahaha. But this is guaranteed to be simple and easy too. Hey. This recipe is really economical. . Here are the ingredients:

°Minion Character Buns°

* 15 Tbsp Warm Water (Not Hot)
* 3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
* 1 Tbsp Instant Yeast
* 25 Tbsp Wheat Flour
* 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
* 1 Tsp Salt
* 3 Tbsp Cooking Oil
* Filling: Strawberry Jam (Optional)
* Yellow Food Coloring
* Black Food Coloring (If you don't have any, you can use a mixture of Blue, Red & Yellow)

Tips when steaming...
Use a cloth at the bottom of the steamer so that no water comes directly onto the buns, and only then put them in and steam the buns when the steaming water has boiled, after 10-15 minutes. Turn off the heat then leave for 1-2 minutes. Don't open it straight away so that the buns aren't shocked by the change in temperature.
