Day 2 - Shoulder Stretch and Strengthen - 30 Days of Chair Yoga - Standing - 23 Minute Class

Welcome to Day 2 of this 30 Days of Chair Yoga 2025! In Shoulder Stretch and Strengthen we begin standing warming the shoulder muscles. We finish with holding a few deep stretches sitting in the chair and end with a short Guided Relaxation.
