Happy New Year! and Welcome to Day 1 of this 30 Days of Seated to Standing Chair Yoga! Today is Chair Yoga for Weight Loss. We begin standing with the chair and move through a series of warming, moving with our breath.

We finish seated with a few postures to cool down and end with a Guided Relaxation.

My hope with these 30 Day Series are to allow you to experience the benefits of a Consistent Daily Practice. Let me know how it goes for you in the comments!
