Welcome back to Coffee with Jesus! In today’s episode, we explore the vital role of prayer in aligning ourselves with the Holy Spirit and preparing the way for God's purposes.

As believers, we are called to decree what the Holy Spirit reveals to us through prayer. But how do we know what the Holy Spirit is saying? The answer lies in the power of prayer itself! "When you pray, prayer actually makes a way." Prayer is like spiritual road work, creating paths for others to walk on. When we join together in corporate prayer, we are paving the way for the advancement of God's Kingdom, following the Holy Spirit’s lead. When He says turn left, we turn left. When He says turn right, we turn right.

Drawing from Matthew 3, we reflect on the ministry of John the Baptist, who was divinely anointed to prepare the way for Jesus. Isaiah 40 had prophesied about John’s mission centuries before, revealing that God had a plan for him long before he was born. His role wasn’t just about preaching—it was about building a road for Jesus. John’s spiritual "road work" involved clearing obstacles, making crooked paths straight, and leveling rough places so that the glory of God could be revealed. This wasn't just a physical act; it was spiritual preparation for the arrival of the Messiah.

Just as John the Baptist’s anointing was powerful and specific to making a way for Jesus' first coming, the same kind of anointing is now upon the Church as we prepare for Christ's second coming. Through prayer, we too become spiritual road builders, clearing paths for God’s glory to move in our lives, our communities, and the world.

In this episode, we also focus on how the Holy Spirit guides us in prayer, even when we don’t know what to pray for. Just as John's anointing paved the way for Jesus' ministry, our prayers today prepare the way for His return. Prayer has the power to move mountains, fill valleys, and straighten crooked paths, whether we’re seeking healing, deliverance, financial provision, or breakthrough in challenging situations.

Learn how your prayers carry an anointing that can move obstacles and build roads for the Kingdom of God. Discover how the power of prayer is not only transforming your personal journey but also preparing the way for the glorious return of our Savior.

This episode will encourage and equip you to partner with the Holy Spirit in a new and powerful way. Don’t miss this inspiring message on the importance of prayer, the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and the role we all play in preparing the way for God's Kingdom.

This task isn't just about physical preparation but about spiritual roadwork, and it starts with prayer. To truly understand God's vision for us and for our churches—like the Agape Fellowship—we must first get before the Lord, hear from the Holy Spirit, and seek His guidance. Prayer is our compass, revealing the steps we need to take as we clear the way for Christ’s return.

The primary goal for each believer is this: to make a road for the Lord’s return. As followers of Jesus, we are responsible for building this spiritual highway. The Holy Spirit has given us the tools necessary to carry out this great work, including the supernatural gift of speaking in tongues. Through this miraculous gift, we draw from the riches of God's wisdom and glory, equipping ourselves with everything needed to prepare for His coming.

In Isaiah 40, we read about the four key elements of spiritual roadwork—filling valleys, leveling mountains, straightening crooked paths, and smoothing out rough places. Each of us is anointed to carry out a specific task, and together, we build the highway for the Lord’s return. Through prayer, especially praying in tongues, we are empowered to make this road, clearing the way for Jesus Christ to come again in glory.

The urgency of this mission cannot be overstated. The head of the Church, our Lord Jesus Christ, has given us the tools and the mandate to prepare the way. This is not a time for passivity or delay; the Holy Spirit is releasing new levels of anointing and spiritual equipment to His people. Some will be called to build, others to repair, and others to restore—but all of us are called to road work in these last days.

Let us yield to the Holy Spirit and become the pipelines of God's power that He has called us to be. As we continue to pray in the Spirit, we are paving the way for the Lord's return, building a road that leads to revival, restoration, and the ultimate fulfillment of God's Kingdom.

Join us in this divine assignment, and let’s prepare the way for our King together.
