Musée Mémorial de la Bataille de Normandie, Bayeux; Memorial Museum of the Battle of Normandy France

Howdy everyone!
today we're visiting the Memorial Museum of the Battle of Normandy in Bayeux, France. while on the way to Omaha beach, i stumbled across this gem. due to time constraints i wasn't able to spend nearly enough time there and take notes on the displays. if i misidentified anything, please supplement the information in the comment section! any correction will be duly appreciated.
