Balance Focused Chair Yoga - Seated To Standing - 30 Minute Class

In Balance focused, Seated to Standing, Chair Yoga we begin seated to warm and loosen up the ankles, knees and hips. Then we move through a series of standing exercises focused on improving balance and stability. As always, we finish with a nice Guided Relaxation:)
