How American Christianity Got the Gospel Wrong

The American gospel has reduced the message of salvation to a man-centered, salvation-oriented gospel, which is deficient and lacks the fullness of the eternal gospel. Salvation is a holistic process that includes justification, sanctification, and glorification. It involves knowing and loving God, surrendering to Him, and living in obedience. Religious hypocrisy is a danger that can prevent genuine repentance and transformation. It is important to examine our hearts and ensure that our relationship with God is genuine and not based on empty religious practices. The eternal gospel calls us to a deeper level of commitment and discipleship, where we lay down our lives and follow Jesus wholeheartedly. Knowing and experiencing the greatness and beauty of Christ is the key to true salvation and a transformed life. Salvation is not just an intellectual belief, but an experiential knowledge of oneness with God. Experiencing God's presence in one's life is a sign of salvation.
Idols and self-love hinder our closeness with God and prevent us from experiencing His presence.
Legalism and the doctrine of once saved, always saved can hinder our growth and relationship with God. We are called to work out our salvation with fear and trembling, constantly seeking to align ourselves with God's will.
