Alternate Nostril Breathing Part 3 - 12 Minute Guided Breathing

In the last class of the Alternate Nostril Breathing Series, we practice closing the nostrils on bothe the inhales and the exhales. This is a wonderful practice for quickly calming your mind and slowing down.
