Russian troops raising flags over Ugledar stronghold — reports

Russian military personnel have reportedly begun hanging Russian flags from buildings in the Donetsk town of Ugledar. Footage has been shared online of Russian flags waving from the tops of several multi-story buildings in the center of the town.

Ugledar has been a key Ukrainian stronghold in recent months, and while not officially captured, it has been reported that Ukrainian troops are in the process of retreating, with fighting ongoing as the Russian military gain more ground.
