I respectfully disagree with you Alistair,I believe there are acts that are so utterly evil that no amount of repentance will be enough for God to forgive,According to your theory,Someone could slaughter children and drink their adrenaline filled blood for years and as long as they repent while on their own death bed,God will forgive and allow that monster in to the kingdom of heaven..Surely this can't be true!! I also believe that individuals like brand are the Tares we're warned about in our Bible's,Put in this prison realm to drag as many of God's children (Wheat) to hell..No amount of repentance will suffice,when your already a dammed tare..Would you want to share heaven with evil monsters like brand and these TV demons..I know I wouldn't..God bless Alistair 🙏

Heb 12:16-17 16 that there be no sexually immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a single meal. 17 For you know that even afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought for it with tears. Lets hope he has found repentance, for without it there is no hope but the wrath of God abides on him as it does all who having rejected Christ's atoning sacrifice die-in-their-sin to account for them forever, in hell. Jn 8:24

I’m with you on this Alistair. A wolf in sheep’s clothing will walk like a sheep and baa like a sheep. Jesus said ‘MANY’ will be deceived. It is concerning how many Christians are taken in by the words of someone they do not know just because it sounds ‘right’. There is no requirement for us to put our trust in man nor were we instructed to follow men. I’m keeping my eyes firmly on my Lord and Savior and not RB and the likes. I pray for Russell’s genuine repentance and salvation.

I'm not sure if he's a Christian either but I like Russell I don't follow him though or listen to him much at all he may be deceiving people and the reason for it is nefarious but we shall see. I'd ask him to come on for an interview just for kicks

Alistair, you have a gift of seeing the BS in life. No way is Russell Brand a new 'reborn' life in Christ. Anymore than he's a Buddhist, a Hindu or a Moslem. I was a Christian, but Christians, by enlarge are not good people because they talk the talk, but they do not walk the walk. Russell Brand does not have or display Holy Spirit, the energy and love of Christ. He goes through the motions, but it's meaningless. If he truly met Christ in his dark life, his life would show that. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires". Galatians 22-25 In my experience, it is because you truly hate your selfish, meaningless life and seek God for cleansing of the darkness you live in, to live in Christ. A turning from the dark world to the love of the risen Christ. Repentant, and living as Christ lived. Turning to God, loving humanity and serving Christ, wherever that may be. Dying to self, ego is gone, Jesus Christ is now your heart and mind. Your feet walk, your eyes see, your hands give and yourself is as Christ. Russell Brand is full of words, word salad actually. He does not know or even come close to the heart of God. Philippians 2:8-10 And when he was living as a man, he humbled himself and was fully obedient to God, even when that caused his death—death on a cross. So God raised him to the highest place. Russell Brand is playing a role. He tells you what you want to hear. He wants to be the one who figures out religion for you. You can be who you want to be and have God too. Christ never said that. He said John 15:19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.
