Ingredients per 3 hungry person or four normal people:
• Salmon fish 6 medium parts
• Pomegranate one small bowl
• Onions one medium sized
• Salt as needed
• Red & Black pepper as needed
• Breadcrumbs for fish & shrimp 2 Tbsp.
• Butter 50 gr/ 1 3/4 oz.
• Cooked Rice 2 Cups
• Dried Dill one cup
• Peas 1/5 cup
• Sliced Potatoes 1 big sized
• Saffron half of tea spoon (the saffron should be steeped in hot water for 10-15 mins)
• Olive Oil one cup
• Pomegranate Molasses one cup
• *Vinegar(optional) as needed

How to prepare it:
1. Let the fish marinate in salt & water and *vinegar for 20 mins and dry them afterwards
2. Mix all the spices with Breadcrumbs
3. Cook the rice
4. Slice the onions to rings

•Apply spices mix to the fish parts. Fry them in the oil till crispy.
•Prepare the rice dish with one layer of potatoes, then rice, then dill & peas. the next layer will be rice, peas and dill and repeat until finished. add prepared saffron on top. Cook in the oven.
•Add onion rings on the frying fishes and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, then put the lid on.
•Add the molasses on top of fishes, pair with Pickled Garlic.
