Stoltenberg hands over gavel to new NATO chief Rutte

Former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte officially took over as the boss of NATO on Tuesday (October 1) after the outgoing head of the alliance Jens Stoltenberg passed a ceremonial gavel to him to mark the occasion. Rutte said stepping up support for Ukraine is one of his priorities.
