Beginner Chair Yoga - Seated To Standing - 35 Minute Class

In Beginner Seated to Standing Chair Yoga, we begin seated warming and opening the ankles and hips. Then we move through some accessible standing exercises focused on warming and stretching the side of the body. We finish seated with a relaxing guided meditation.
