Full Body Chair Yoga - Seated to Standing - 30 Minute Class

In Full Body Chair Yoga we begin seated with deep breathing. We continue seated warming the legs and opening the abdomen, shoulders and neck. Then, we move to some standing postures with the support of the chair, opening and warming the hips. We finish with some leg strengthening exercises, gentle cooling stretches and a Guided Relaxation (as always:)
