When it comes to judgment and making judgments, there are many discussions and sayings, such as: judgment day scripture, judgment seat of Christ, judgment begins at the house of God, the final judgment, and so on.

But again, we need to consider what are the lies of the ego - in the ego’s world - and what is the truth, in God's world, the real world. The lies and deception of the ego are many, and most of the people in our world have bought into those lies and never question them, instead they question and ridicule those who speak otherwise.
A belief is just that, a belief held by an individual who has been indoctrinated to some degree by the world and culture they live in.
A belief is just an opinion until it is proven as absolute truth. Yet beliefs tend to gather the evidence needed and filter out everything else, in order to support the belief that we hold. That’s why many people strongly defend ludicrous beliefs that most people know are not true.

In a world shaped by perceptions, beliefs, and opinions, the act of judgment often feels inevitable. We are taught, from an early age, to label experiences, people, and events as good or bad, and right or wrong. Yet, have we ever paused to question the true nature of judgment? Have we considered whether these judgments are rooted in truth or simply reflections of the ego's illusions?

In this meditation video, we briefly explore the profound teachings of "A Course in Miracles" on the topic of judgment. The course invites us to reconsider our understanding of judgment, suggesting that what we often strongly perceive as truth, may in fact, be more lies of the ego—a distorted view that traps us in a cycle of despair and separation.

According to the course, judgment is not a divine attribute, but rather a creation of the ego, a tool used to reinforce the illusion of separation from God and from one another. When we judge, we see the world through a lens of duality, where heaven is transformed into hell by our own minds. The course teaches that judgment and love are opposites, each leading to vastly different outcomes.

From judgment springs all the sorrows of the world—fear, anger, resentment, and grief. In contrast, from love emerges the peace of God, a peace that transcends the illusions of this world and connects us to the eternal truth of our divine nature. In this meditation you are invited to question the beliefs that have been handed down to us by the world and to consider the truth that lies beyond them. Let this be an opportunity to find our way back to the heart of God, where only love resides.
