did you know you can make cookies from couscous? well i told @fitgreenmind who flew from Germany to prove that i wasn’t going nuts. 🍪🍪🍪

what you end up with is an oaty cookie that’s delightfully goeey. this might be the first of many collabs with Maya !! who knows? well we do.

y’all need:

* 100g raw couscous
* 150ml unsweetened oat milk (make sure it’s GF)
* 100g porridge oats
* 50g vanilla protein powder
* Pinch of sea salt
* 1 tbsp cornflour
* 150g coconut sugar
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp bicarb of soda
* 60ml extra virgin olive oil
* Handful (15g) pecans
* 70g dark chocolate (I went with 85% dark chocolate)
