Port workers strike eniment. starts Oct 1 12 am est. please prepare. been trying to upload all day. looks like the feds may be preparing for something cause at this time cell service for Verizon in Reno NV has been disconnected. only thing available is text over wifi no phone calls, in fact the phone function has been disabled on at least Android phones.
