When You Get a Package but They Lock You in Your Own House

Info from Licensor: "Amazon delivery delivered a package to my home in Hopkinton, New Hampshire in which they blocked the handle from turning and I could not open the front door. The handle we have does not unlatch the door when it is lifted up. Luckily, I have another exterior door I was able to use to get out of the house."
