ARTIST SHOWS HOW TO CREATE AN Expressionist “Ocean Sunset”

Hello there friends. I was in a mood. My head was all full of garbage and then I say down to get that garbage out. This was what came out of it. The funny part for me is this was not the idea I had going in. I was frustrated and a bit ticked off. I think put the yellow on the canvas and you will notice a line was drawn at the bottom of the yellow. It made me thinking of a yellow sky. Then I added the blue and the rest just came together. This is one of those things that I love about painting. I may go in with one idea and come out with something very different. The act of putting the paint on the canvas really did just get me out of that mindset and into something completely different. I hope you enjoy todays video.
