Just three days after touting a new $2.4 BILLION aid package for Ukraine, President Biden says the unthinkable:

Reporter: "Are there any more resources the federal government could be giving them [hurricane victims]?"

Biden: "No. We've given them, we've preplanned a significant amount of it."
