Driving out into the hills of Kentucky where you lose cell service based on an online stranger's suggestion may sound like the beginning to a modern horror movie. It may also lead you on an incredible adventure! Sometimes you just gotta roll them dice and see where you end up... Oftentimes in my case 😅.

Lockegee Mountain is an incredible hiking destination near Morehead Kentucky. Sadly though, it does seem to be a local party spot with all the graffiti and trash 😔. If you come out here just remember that there are no handrails and it's a bit of a scramble to get to the top so be aware of the risks that come with that and KNOW YOUR ABILITIES and limits! And remember, only garbage humans leave trash.
