Camaro Crash Ignites Fire

On 9/29/24 at approximately 7:40 AM, California Highway Patrol & National City Fire Department responded to a crash on the I-5 N at Mile of Cars Way. Upon arrival they found a white Chevy Camaro that had lost control and hit a pair of palm trees which ended up catching on fire. Dramatic video sent in by @jgonzalezzzx shows bystanders attempting to free the man who was trapped. The man was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
