Mastering the art of kettlebell training! 💪🏋️♀️ The grip is everything when it comes to kettlebells. Whether you prefer one or two, I love working on my left leg with a single kettlebell. Stepping back and driving through that front leg, I focus on control and precision. No knee-banging here! 😅 Reverse lunges are my go-to, especially with the Smith machine.
