Pull Day Workout: Back and Biceps

Had an intense leg day and now it's time to focus on my back and biceps! Starting off with some foam rolling to loosen up those muscles. 💪 Then it's onto the lat pull down machine to target those lats. Keeping my form tight and pushing through the burn! 🔥 Next up, a narrow grip seated cable row to really engage my back muscles. Elbows pinned, leaning back, and imagining that someone's finger is down the middle of my back for perfect form. Let's crush this workout! 💥 #BackAndBiceps #GymLife #FitnessJourney
