Doritos salmon

Ingredients
1 salmon filet cut into portions (skin on)
1 cup Doritos Nacho Cheese
1 cup Doritos Cool Ranch
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Avocado Sauce
2 avocados peeled and seeds removed
1 handful cilantro
1/4 cup sour cream
3 limes juiced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions
Take each Dorito flavor, add to a blender separately, and blend till crushed. Set aside both flavors.
Take all of the avocado sauce ingredients and blend till creamy. Pour into a sauce bottle and set aside.
Take 1 or 2 cedar planks (depending on how large they are) and torch both sides until they are charred. Take the salmon filet and cut into equal portions. Place each portion on the charred cedar plank(s). Rub the mustard over top and then dust with the salt / pepper. Then, spread the crushed Doritos evenly on top of each filet. One plank for the Nacho Cheese and one plank for the Cool Ranch.
Heat your grill to 400 degrees F. Add the planked salmon to the grill and cook for roughly 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 125 degrees F.
Remove the salmon from the grill, top with the avocado sauce, and dig in.
