Simple Everyday Creamy Potato Salad: Easy & delicious Recipe!

Welcome to NeoZ Cooking! In this recipe, I'll be sharing a simple, easy and family favorite recipe for creamy potato salad. This hearty dish is prefect for any occasion and easy to make.

Ingredients per two hungry person:
• Potatoes 1.5Kg / 3.3 lb or 10 small potatoes
• Fresh Dill 200gr / 0.4 lb
• Lemon one
• Pickles 100-120gr / 0.2-0.3 lb
• Salt & Pepper as needed
• Mayonnaise half a cup
• Greek Yogurt one cup
• Olive Oil 1/4 cup

How to prepare it:
Boil potatoes, and cut to cubes. Cut the pickles and Dill into small pieces. Mix potatoes, pickles and dill together. In another bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, greek yogurt, olive oil and salt & pepper and to make the sauce.
Mix everything together, let them cool in the fridge and your delicious bowl is ready to serve! bon appetite!
