Welcome to Day 26 of the 30 Days of Chair Yoga Journey! Congratulations on sticking with these classes so far. Consistency is the key to receiving the benefits of these practices:) In Relaxing Deeply, we again take a break from the postures to focus on breathing and meditation. For the Breathing we focus on making the inhale and exhale equal. for the meditation we practice Mental Alternate Nostril Breathing.
