Welcome to Day 23 of the 30 Days of Chair Yoga Journey! In Neck and Shoulder Stretch we focus on warming then opening the neck and shoulders. This is a great class if you tend to hold tension in your neck. We begin with some breathing and finish with a Guided Relaxation.
