Side Body Stretch and Strengthen - Day 20 - 30 Days of Chair Yoga - Fully Seated - 22 Minute Class

It's Day 20 of this 30 Days of Chair Yoga and today we focus on opening and activating the side body! We begin with some gentle opening movements then move through the Warrior postures to warm the body. Finally, we hold a deep side body stretch and I play you a calming acoustic song for the Final Relaxation.
