Turn off "flag accounts" on your Instagram account default setting.

Thanks to @kalifontanilla I was able to stop Instagram from throwing all of my new followers into a flagged section BY DEFAULT. I have almost 5,000 new followers that Instagram deleted because I didn't know this was happening.

So I laid out the steps for you to go check your account and turn it off.
