Warrior Pose - Day 15 - 30 Days of Chair Yoga - 25 Minute Class - Fully Seated

Welcome to Day 15 of the 30 Days of Chair Yoga Journey! Today we focus on the Warrior poses. We'll spend a bit longer than usual in the Warrior poses and go over some more specific points of the posture to help you adapt the position so it feels right in your body. We'll close with a Guided Meditation as usual:)
