SUMMER LONGING

Quench your thirst with this fruity and sweet cocktail with passion fruit. A turquoise cocktail for missing summer feelings.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz CITRUSY GIN
15ml-0.5oz APRICOT BRANDY
7.5ml-0.25oz BLUE CURACAO
7.5ml-0.25oz DRY VERMOUTH
15ml-0.5oz LEMON JUICE
1/2 FRESH PASSION FRUIT
1 dash Absinthe

Shake all ingredients with wet ice and fine strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass.
