US is blocking normal work of WTO and reform of Bretton woods system – Lavrov

The US has transformed the dollar into a weapon... and is now blocking the normal functioning of the World Trade Organisation on dispute settlement, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during his speech at the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.
