Terrorist watch list are only used for people endangering flights and could be terrorist, right? Well no, it came to light that Tulsi Gabbard was placed on the terrorist watch list. She was placed on a program called the quote quiet skies program. This is a TSA surveillance program which targets people who are not in any terrorist database. This is concerning for many reasons especially because there is no public information out there about why people get placed on this list.
