Under the halo of an economist and a venture capitalist, the ministerial-level spy of the CCP runs a Cayman Island-registered private equity firm called Pacific Alliance Group (PAG). He infiltrated the financial sector decades ago and influenced American elites on Chinese investment and other pro-CCP economic and monetary policies.
