Sugar Man goes looking for hunter bases, and it does not take long to initiate an encounter. The hunters sometimes appear out of nowhere with guns a-blazin'. There are completely different dynamics when we have npcs with guns running around in our world. The good news is that Sugar Man has all the power. - hehehe - If the hunters and rogues bother us too much...one click and they no longer exist. If they will cough up a transceiver Sugar Man would consider it a luxury item.
