Isa 41:8
"But you, Israel, My servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, Descendant of Abraham My friend,

"Israel" is all believers of all time. Elohim is speaking of Israel being the descendants of Abraham. The true sons of Abraham are those who are sons of Abraham through their faithfulness (Gal. 3:6-9, 26-29). "Israel" is speaking of all believers of all time.
Isa 41:9
You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, And called from its remotest parts, And said to you, 'You are My servant, I have chosen you and not rejected you.

Elohim calls His people from the remotest parts of the earth, not just from Judah.

Isa 41:10
'Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'

Elohim will strengthen us. Elohim will uphold us with His righteous right hand (Deut. 33:27-29).
