Part 5 of my Savage Axis 2 project rifle series. This is also my 2023 Christmas Special! In this video I test a new powder CFE 223 with my 172 grain Speer Impact bonded bullets. I then test 130 Barnes TTSX with Varget powder. I also shoot the old Norma Soft Pointed Semi Pointed Boat tail from 65 years ago into water jugs for penetration and expansion. Lastly, I shoot 125 grain Nosler ballistic tips with W748 powder.
