Predcatcher Burnout?

If you are a serious Predator Catcher, what do you do when you feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of the predators you see out there? (by "serious Predator Catcher" I mean someone who actively works with police as a spotter, a decoy, and a catcher or someone who provides material support to catchers)
