Stolen Flame by America Ascending | Folk Protest Song for the J6 Political Prisoners

Countless credible allegations, piles of evidence, numerous statistical anomalies, broken water mains, suitcases full and posterboard over windows.

Whether it was indeed stolen or not, protest is a critical voice for the people to express their dissent from a government they feel committed an injustice.

Yet, in January 2021, and for nearly four years (and continuing) since, thousands of peaceful protesters were denied their right of protest to air completely valid grievances.

Thousands of lives have been irreparably destroyed, including several lost while in prison or at their own hands, due to an oppressive government punishing its people who dared question the government's validity.

This folk song goes out to all of those whose lives have been impacted by the unjust political prosecutions against peaceful protesters that gathered in Washington D.C. on January 6th of 2021.
