YouTuber Jonathan Grant posted a video suggesting that Ubisoft's upcoming Rainbow Six Siege Year 9 Season 3 update, dubbed Operation Twin Shells, will introduce a female operator in a wheelchair who controls a robot.

Ubisoft has already teased Operation Twin Shells as part of their Year 9 Season 3 update, set for an official reveal on August 25, 2024. This isn’t the first time Ubisoft has pushed for diversity and inclusion in its games, so the introduction of a Rainbow Six Siege wheelchair operator isn’t entirely unexpected.

However, the introduction of this Rainbow Six Siege wheelchair operator has already sparked mixed reactions. Comedian Ricky Berwick, known for his humorous takes, posted a skit mocking the new operator, highlighting the polarizing nature of Ubisoft's approach.
