Hong Kong 8-Hour Day Trip from Shenzhen 🇭🇰

Today, we are going on a trip to Hong Kong Island, a vibrant and densely populated area known for its stunning skyline, bustling financial district, and rich blend of modern and historical attractions.

ℹ️ How to go from Shenzhen to Hong Kong in Futian district:

Metro: Line 7 Huanggang Checkpoint Station
Metro: Line 4/10 Futian Checkpoint Station
Metro: Line 2/3/11 Futian Station (walk 8 minutes to Futian Railway Station)

ℹ️ How to travel from Huanggang border (Shenzhen Futian) to Wanchai (Hong Kong Island) and back:

- From Huanggang Checkpoint MTR walk to the bridge to enter the immigration hall. It's around 5 minutes walking.

- Pass immigration and walk out of the building where you see a white/blue bus with a big Wan Chai text on the side.

- Tickets can be paid in HKD cash or with Octopus Card at the entrance of the bus where an employee is waiting.

- Costs: 42 HKD for adults, 33 HKD for children.

- The bus takes a 3 minutes ride to the Hong Kong immigration building, where you need to get out and pas immigration before you can hop back on the bus again.

- Buses will go every 15-20 minutes so you will not have to worry that you miss the bus.

- The bus stops near Wanchai MTR Station and Exhibition Centre MTR Station on Hong Kong Island. It will take around 30-40 minutes.

- The bus back from Hong Kong to Shenzhen is waiting at the following locations: Wanchai MTR Station Exit B1 and Exhibition Centre MTR Station Exit B2. The price is 57 HKD or 63 HKD if you go back between 23:31 and 6:00.
